IPC – Initial Production Check
- 10% of production order has been produced

In-line Inspection
- Ensure the right factory per the contractual agreement
- Give general comment of the factory’s status through observation at the workshop
- Estimate production lead time (giving warning to clients about possible delays to shipment, etc.)
- Support clients with corrective action for any non-conformity detected that can be taken before completion of the whole consignment. This means faults can be identified early and fewer products are likely to be affected, reducing the risk, rework costs, and time

Benchmark tests and product review service
We work with brands/buyers to tailor-made test protocols for assessment on samples from ODMs regarding performance and compliance, and support customers to choose proper OEMs/products.
With our strong global SGS network, we can work with affiliates, e.g., SGS-EU/US/Asia, to launch mirror testing programs for acceptance of prototype samples from ODM all over the world.
