Testing service: SGS tests product quality with regard to any health standards, safety regulations, or rules. SGS has state-of-the-art accredited laboratories and facilities and always acts in cooperation with the customer.
Inspection service: SGS inspects and checks the quality and quantity of commercial goods. These inspections can be carried out during and/or directly after production as well as during loading or unloading.
Certification service: SGS certifies according to legal requirements, certification standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 13485, or according to the customer’s wishes. In addition, SGS develops and certifies its own standards.
On behalf of the customer, work is carried out according to defined specifications, but also according to prescribed or legally relevant standards. COMPETENCE CENTER METROPOLITAN AREA MUNICH
In our test laboratories in Puchheim, near Munich, as well as in Gelting and Rosenheim, we provide state-of-the-art testing and simulation facilities on an area of more than 10,000 square meters.
The focus here is on services such as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), radio testing, electromagnetic fields (EMF), product safety, burning and flammability testing, product certification for medical devices in accordance with (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), functional safety, homologation, battery testing, cybersecurity, and environmental simulation.
