Independent from capacity all lithium ion cells or batteries have to be tested according the UN Transportation Test (UN Manual Part III: Classification Procedures, Test Methods and Criteria relating to Class 3, Class 4, Division 5.1 and Class 9 - Section 38.3).
These applicable tests must be performed on all primary lithium or secondary lithium ion cells or batteries. These
